Star Village Comet

*He'd walk into the area going up a small set of stairs standing in front of the glowing comet and smiled some tapping it with his finger a quick purple flash filling the area*

"There we go..."

*He'd turn around his eyes glowing a bright purple as he'd walk out of the area grinning some*

Hashi walks down the stairs. "Nice diamond you have there" Hashi said.

*He'd stop and his grin would fade as he'd have a slight glow around him*

"Diamond? What ever do you mean?"

"Its not a diamond?'' Hashi asked

"No...It's actually the comet that struvk our village 200 years ago..."

*He'd turn around and look at hashi his eyes still glowing a fairly bright purple color*

"Oh, well Im Hashi Koko Uchiha Kage of cloud village, i came to fully understand your villages specail powers. Please explain more."

*He'd smirk some walking back up the small set of stairs to be in front of the comet*

"This comet sends out a special type of...radiation so to say...which with training can be harnessed...once it is able to be used it's called "Star Chakra" although it was banned by the third hoshikage akahoshi, who assassinated the fourth hoshikage re-instated the training to use it...since then we have been training the best of our ninja to use it, although it does take a hefty toll on our bodies...and some have been known to driven to insanity by the slightest amount of star chakra being introduced to them too early..."

"Ahhhhhh...I see. So is it possiable to send some of my ninjas down here to learn this star chakra"

"If they wanted to join the star village then yes send them down...but if not then i'm afraid i cant let them learn the ways of the star chakra..."

"What about if we came up with an agreement?"

"What might you have that I would want hashi?"

"Your village is kinda poor so i could supply food money and soilders, if you'd like. Or name you terms"

*He'd smirk again chuckling a bit*

"Make sure my village is known amongst the fire wind water earth and lightning countries...if you do that...then i will let your village learn the star chakra..."

"My country already knows well of you"

"Good then make sure the others know of me as well...we dont want another great shinobi war on our hands..."

"I understand." Hashi disappears.

*he'd smile some chuckling a bit raising a hand to his mouth*

"Everything is going as planned...soon Hoshigakure will be known throughout the world..."

*He'd walk out of the area laughing manically*
